This initiative includes several key steps aimed at embracing digitalisation and streamlining our processes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span>Register HOA.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Apply for Charity status for the HOA.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Opening a bank account for our newly formed HOA.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Setting up a PayPal account, which will serve as our digital gateway payment platform.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Integrating PayPal with our systems to facilitate online payments and receipts.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Implementing automated system (GL) for payment reconciliation and invoice generation.<\/span><\/li><li><span>Transitioning away from manual processes, such as Excel spreadsheets, towards more efficient digital solutions.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span>By embracing digital transformation, we aim to enhance our operational efficiency and provide our members with a more convenient and seamless experience.
